Recipe For Chocolate Sponge -
- Premix 1000 g
- Water 600 g
- Oil 50 g
PREPARATION METHOD:
- Place Water and Variety Mix-Chocolate in a mixing bowl and whisk at slow speed for 1 minute.
- Scrape the batter and whisk at high speed for 4 minutes.
- Reduce the mixing and pour the required quantity of Oil into the batter and whisk at slow speed for 1 min.
- Scrape the batter into well-greased cake molds.
- Bake at 160-180 °C for 30 to 35 minutes.
RECIPE FOR MUFFIN:
- Premix 1000 g
- Water 500 g
- Oil 500 g
PREPARATION METHOD:
- Place Water, Variety Mix-Chocolate and Oil in a mixing bowl and mix at slow speed for 1 minute with flat blade.
- Scrape the batter and mix at slow speed for 1 minutes again.
- Scrape the batter into muffin cups.
- Bake at 190 °C for 25 to 30 minutes.
