Recipe- 

• Tropolite Plum Cake mix- 1000 g
• Water - 500 g
• Oil - 500 g
• In a bowl add the cake mix , water and oil .
• Whisk the batter on a slow speed for 30 seconds
• Scrape down the batter from the sides of the bowl
• At this time you can add the chopped nuts and dry fruits and whisk on  medium speed for 2 minutes  (suggest to add 600 g of nuts and dry fruits)
• Suggested - Raisins -80 g Sultanas -40 g, Cashew - 150 g, Cherries cut - 160 g, Orange & ginger Peel , Currants - 40 g
• Now scale the batter into well greased cake tins or moulds
• Bake in the oven at 160° Celsius for 30 to 40 minutes
