Nutty Chocolate Treat Cake
Ingredients
For brownie base-
- Vegitrop brownie mix 300 gm
- Water 105 gm
- Oil 90 gm
- Peanuts 30 gm
For dark chocolate mousse
- Truflite whipping cream 300 gm
- Wonder tl 50 gm
For coating
- Refined oil 20 gm
- Dark chocolate 100 gm
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- Preheat oven on 170°C.
For Base:
- Take all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix for 1 min. on slow speed and 3 min. on medium speed.
- Pour brownie mixture on a well-greased baking pan and bake for 30 min. Leave it till cool.
- In a mixing bowl melt Wonder TL and add Trufflite Whipping Cream mix well.
- In a cake ring arrange brownie on the base and spread the dark chocolate mousse and sprinkle nuts on the top.
- Set it in deep freezer for at least one hour.
- Remove cake from the deep freezer and transfer on a wire rack and pour the melted dark chocolate over the cake. And leave it for 10 to 15 min. or till set.
- Arrange cake on a serving base and decorate as desired
