Banoffee Poke Cake
Ingredients
For dry cake
- Tropigel muffin mix vanilla 250 gm
- Oil 88 gm
- Water 63 gm
- Egg 100 gm
For banoffee sauce
- Sugar 25 gm
- Butter 12 gm
- Flexi cream 50 gm
- Milk maid 20 gm
Additional required
- Crystal whipping cream 150 gm
- Fresh banana 60 gm
For decorating
- Caramel jelly 15 gm
- White jelly 15 gm
- Chocolate 20 gm
METHOD OF PREPARATION
For Base:
- Preheat oven on 180° C
- In a mixing bowl take egg & water and mix for 1 min. Add Tropigel Muffin Mix and oil and mix for 2 min.
- Pour the batter into a well-greased baking Pan and bake for 30 min.
- Remove from oven and leave it cool.
For Banoffee Sauce:
- Add butter and cook for another 1 min.
- Remove from flame, leave it cool for 10 min. now Mix the Milkmaid into it.
- Cover the cake with banana cream and decorate with white jelly & caramel jelly
- Decorate/Garnish with Chocolate.
Cake Assembling:
- Take The Vanilla cake and with a toothpick make holes in it, Pour the banoffee sauce and rest for 5 min.
- Cut banana into small pieces and fold into the whipping cream.
- Cover the cake with banana cream and decorate with white jelly & caramel jelly
- Decorate/Garnish with Chocolate.
