The assorted cupcakes are made from one batter, which will be our base cupcake, which you can turn into any flavour of your choice. The Recipe begins with classic, moist, sweet sponge cake, after which it serves as the perfect canvas to mix in all your favourite flavours! 

Ingredients 

1. Sugar 225g
2. Butter (softened) 225g / 1 cup 
3. Eggs 4
4. All-purpose flour 225g
5. Baking powder 1 Tsp 
6. Milk 2 Tbsp 

Method 

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line it with a cupcake tray 
2. Beat butter, slowly add sugar and blend all the ingredients in a stand mixer
3. Add your eggs one by one 
4. Add the final wet ingredient, which is milk 
5. Now add all the dry ingredients together 
6. Scoop batter in multiple bowls and add your favourite flavours and mix-ins 
7. Bake for 16-18mins! 

Let it cool completely. Decorate with your favourite frosting or whipping cream, and add some sprinkles to decorate.
